what To expect in your Frequency session
Your frequency healing session is designed to be a calm, supportive, and restorative experience. If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed by fear, overstimulated, depleted from burnout, or feeling like you need support in your own spiritual growth, this session offers a gentle way to reset your nervous system and restore energetic balance.
How to Prepare for Your Session
Hydration is an important part of frequency and sound healing. Please drink plenty of water before your session, as water helps conduct electrical and energetic currents throughout the body. I will also remind you to drink at least one liter of water immediately after your session to support integration and detoxification.
For your comfort, please prepare:
Headphones
A computer with a camera for our Zoom session
A quiet, comfortable place to lie down
You are encouraged to create a nurturing environment — blankets, an eye pillow, or anything that helps you feel safe, supported, and at ease.
What Happens During a Frequency Session
During your session, I work with tuning forks calibrated to ancient and therapeutic frequencies to gently clear, rebalance, and re-tune your chakras, meridians, and outer energy field. Frequency and sound therapy are combined with intuitive energy work, guided by the specific frequencies used during your session.
This work supports:
Nervous system regulation
Emotional and energetic clearing
Chakra balancing and energetic coherence
A sense of grounding, calm, and clarity
Sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom, allowing you to fully relax and receive from your own space.
Understanding Healing Reactions
Because this work is powerful, it is important to move through the process gently. Some clients may experience what is known as a healing reaction (sometimes referred to as a detox response). This can occur after energy, frequency, or sound healing sessions.
Possible reactions may include:
Headache or mild nausea
Cold or flu-like symptoms
Gastrointestinal discomfort
Emotional release or temporary emotional sensitivity
A brief intensification of existing symptoms
A healing reaction is a sign that the body is clearing stored energetic and emotional residue in preparation for deeper healing and balance.
Supporting Your Body After the Session
If you experience any healing reactions, the following can be very supportive:
Increase your water intake
Add electrolytes if needed
Drink peppermint tea with ginger and lemon
Take a warm Epsom salt bath
Eat a nourishing, grounding meal
These practices help stabilize the nervous system and support the body’s natural detoxification and integration process.
