Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Frequency and sound healing are non-invasive and gentle modalities. Sessions are designed to support the nervous system and energy field without force or manipulation. All work is approached with care and sensitivity, especially for clients experiencing fear, anxiety, stress, or burnout.
-
No. You do not need to “believe” in anything for the session to be beneficial. Many clients come from analytical, corporate backgrounds and simply notice that their body relaxes, their nervous system settles, and their energy feels more balanced after a session.
-
Experiences vary. Many clients feel deeply relaxed, calm, or grounded. Others notice warmth, gentle sensations, emotional release, or a sense of clarity. Some clients simply rest deeply — which is often exactly what the nervous system needs.
-
Frequency healing is often sought out for its ability to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and stress relief. While it is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, many clients report feeling a sense of safety, calm, more centered, and less reactive after sessions.

A healing reaction (sometimes called a detox response) can occur as the body clears stored energetic or emotional residue. This may include mild physical symptoms or emotional sensitivity. These reactions are typically temporary and are a sign that the body is reorganizing toward balance.
Hydration, rest, gentle nourishment, and grounding practices usually ease these responses.

Many clients feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded immediately afterward. Others notice subtle shifts over the following days as their system integrates the work. Rest, hydration, and gentle self-care are encouraged after your session.
-
This varies by individual. Some clients benefit from occasional sessions during periods of high stress, while others choose regular sessions for ongoing nervous system support and energetic maintenance. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you.
-
All sessions are currently offered remotely via Zoom. Remote frequency healing allows you to receive the work from the comfort of your own space, which many anxious or sensitive clients prefer.
