What Are Chakras?

The Chakras are the key to physical health, emotional stability, and mental clarity. They are metaphysical subtle energy centers in our bodies that are similar to the stars in our galaxy.

They act as conductors filtering energy that make us shine and are vital to our health, happiness and spiritual evolution.
